McIvers Property Management was established in 2000 and is owned and operated by Ben McIver and Donna McIver. We are celebrating ten years in business this Year. We made the decision to start our own company when we noticed a need for a more personal touch to the management of residential properties.

We manage single-family and multiunit -family homes as well as small apartment complexes. We have been successfully managing properties in the Willamette Valley area for 20 years. We are extremely knowledgeable about the changing rental market in Lane County and the surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on providing the best customer service possible and remaining on the cutting edge of property management. Ben is a licensed property manager in the state of Oregon and has been involved in the property management field for over 20 years. Growing up in the Eugene Springfield area he has a greater knowledge of Eugene Springfield and surrounding areas as well as the running’s of the local economy and rental market. He has worked for several management companies in the Eugene Springfield area and taken that knowledge, to start McIvers Property Management llc. He is a member of the local Rental Owners Association, as well as a member of the National association of Residential Property Managers. Ben is a regular MacGyver he can take any problem confronted with and McIver Eyes the problem.

Donna brings with her the experience of having worked in the title and escrow industry , as well as a licensed real estate agent in Lane county Oregon. Donna attended LCC in order to complete her business degree with much of her focus on business management and accounting.  She has lived in Eugene for over 20 years with ties to the community.
